Following the conclusion of the Monaco Yacht Show, and riding high on the wave of optimism, the industry now turns its attention to South Florida for the upcoming Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. And as the superyacht fleet makes its way to Bahia Mar, nearby Rybovich, in West Palm Beach Florida looks to be filling up.
As these images, courtesy of Nautical Structures’ Rick Thomas, attest to Rybovich seems to be working at near capacity, as vessels head south for the winter. “There is an amazing amount of refit and service business going on, and Nautical Structures is proud to be a working partner with the shipyard”, Thomas said.
“We are currently manufacturing a ship-set of equipment for the refit of M/Y Seanna, including an aft tender garage crane and watertight shell-door, a custom passerelle and a fully classed MOB crane”, he explained. “I enjoyed seeing lots of Nautical Structures equipment in service while walking the docks.”
